SAW, Inc.

SAW, Inc., the non-profit partner of the Board of DD, is the largest employer of people who have disabilities in Ohio. (SAW stands for Solutions at Work.)  

It secures and manages work done for area businesses and industries at Board of DD sites and numerous community work locations. Its earnings pay the wages of the men and women with DD who do the work and to purchase equipment, materials, vehicles and other necessities to carry out its business functions.  

A 12-member volunteer board, widely representative of businesses and industries in Cuyahoga County, governs SAW, Inc.
