Not long ago Ebola seemed so far away

Cleveland became part of the Ebola story in the fall of 2014. Although that incident has concluded with no deaths or further incidents, we want you to know what our infection control efforts are. We sent this brief document home with all the individuals served at our sites on Friday, Oct. 17, 2014. We continue to monitor developments and modify our protocols and procedures if conditions warrant that.
For more information about Ebola, here's a good summary from The Plain Dealer. Also the Cuyahoga County Board of Health and the Cleveland Department of Public Health have information about Ebola. (Type Ebola into the search bars.) The Ohio Department of Health has established a 24-hour Ebola call center at 1 (866) 800-1404.
