Application for Employment: To download and print an official CCBDD employment application, use the link below. If you already have an application on file with CCBDD that was mailed less than 12 months ago, please do not resubmit a new application unless key information has changed. If you have a current application on file, all you need to do is send a letter of interest to the CCBDD employment manager and indicate that you already have an application on file. Note that all letters of interest and employment applications must be sent directly to the employment manager in Human Resources.

Regional Employment Manager ...download the pdf
Plan, organize, and supervise all facets of employment services provided to adults enrolled in the CCBDD, and manage human resources within the region or regions.
Adult Program Specialist (MCR) ...download the pdf
Supervise and train an adult or a group of adults with moderate to profound developmental disabilities in work and habilitative activities to maximize normalization. Adults may exhibit special behavioral, emotional, or daily living problems.
Adult Activities Operations Supervisor (EAAC) ...download the pdf
Assist Adult Activities Operations Manager and Habilitation Manager in organization, scheduling, supervision and control of activities and work in an activities center serving adults who have developmental disabilities.
Community Employment Specialist (SER) ...download the pdf
Supervise, direct and train a group of adults with developmental disabilities in community-based work settings.
Program Coordinator ...download the pdf
Develop and monitor the temporary grant project of Help Everyone Achieve Respect (H.E.A.R.) that will serve eligible individuals utilizing sign language to communicate. The Program Coordinator will oversee services rendered and evaluate the program quarterly, based on referrals received and surveys. This position will be re-evaluated in December, 2011.

Work with nursing teams to promote the health and safety of individuals with developmental disabilities across the life span in all environments where they live, work, learn and play.

Under the general direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, perform all building maintenance and trade work including primarily HVAC systems, but could include maintenance work of mechanical equipment, plumbing, electrical, carpentry (rough and finish), structural, fabrication, painting and all other building maintenance repairs, remodeling and new construction activities as assigned, day to day management of key control system.

Perform reviews of consumer funds records to determine compliance with requirements; assist Support Administrators with consumer funds issues; assist Forensic Auditor with MUI investigations of misappropriations; perform reviews of employee background checks of contracted and waiver service providers to determine compliance with standards.

Facilitate the development of person-centered plan for individuals that promote self-determination. Develop and authorize a personal budget based upon outcomes identified in the plan. Assist individuals and their families to explore and obtain services and supports. Implement an ongoing system of review.
Habilitation Specialist (BDLS/SP) ...download the pdf
Plan and direct all services and supports for a group of adults with developmental disabilities; provides direction to the staff assigned to his/her group; supervise, train, and stimulate them in work and habilitative activities to maximize independence; adults may exhibit special behavioral, emotional, or daily living needs; accurately complete and assure that all necessary documentation for Medicaid billing is done in a timely manner.
